Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Yathis Corp (“we”) handles information when you visit quantoslabs.com or use the QuantOS application (together, “QuantOS”).
Information We Collect
Information You Give Us
- Account details: your email address and, if you choose, your name and a password or a Google or Apple sign-in.
- Journal content: notes, tags and ratings you add to your trades.
- Support messages: anything you send us when you ask for help.
Google Sign-In
When you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your name, email address and profile picture to Supabase Authentication for your QuantOS account. QuantOS uses this identity information to create your account, verify sign-in and associate your access and trial with your account. It is stored with your account in Supabase. QuantOS does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendar. Google sign-in data is not sold, used for advertising or used to train AI models.
Your browser stores a Supabase session locally to keep you signed in. You can sign out on the sign-in page and revoke the Google connection in your Google Account settings. Contact us using the details below to request deletion of your QuantOS account data.
Information From Your Broker
When you connect Charles Schwab, Schwab sends us the data you approve: account numbers, balances, positions, orders, transactions, fees and market data. We never receive your Schwab username or password.
Information Collected Automatically
- Sign-in cookies: used to keep you signed in to the application.
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and error reports, used to run and secure the service.
This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics trackers. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
How We Use Information
- To build your trade history, analytics and replays.
- To run your account, trial and subscription.
- To keep QuantOS secure and fix problems.
- To contact you about your account, security issues or changes to these terms.
We don’t sell your information. We don’t use your trading record for advertising or to trade against you.
Who We Share It With
We share information only with providers that help run QuantOS, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Hosting: Vercel, which serves the website and application.
- Database and sign-in: Supabase, which stores account and trading data.
- Payments: a payment processor, once billing opens. We don’t store full card numbers.
- Charles Schwab: to request the data you have approved.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or of QuantOS.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your information while your account is open. If you delete your account, we delete your trading data within 30 days, apart from records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Security
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and brokerage tokens are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, and we’ll notify you without delay if a breach affects your information. See Security for details.
Your Choices
- Disconnect Schwab at any time from your QuantOS account or from Schwab’s own settings.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Close your account at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act. Contact us to use them.
Children
QuantOS is for adults aged 18 or over. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we make a material change, we’ll update the date above and tell signed-in users before it takes effect.
