Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Yathis Corp (“we”) for your use of quantoslabs.com and the QuantOS application (“QuantOS”). By creating an account or using QuantOS, you agree to them.

1. The Service

QuantOS is software for reviewing trades and researching markets. It imports data from your brokerage account with your permission and presents analytics, replays and rule-based readings of market conditions.

2. Not Investment Advice

QuantOS is not a broker-dealer, an investment adviser or a financial planner. Nothing in QuantOS is a recommendation to buy or sell any security or option. Labels such as CALL, PUT, WAIT and NO TRADE describe market conditions against stated rules. They are not personal advice. You alone decide what to trade and are responsible for the results. 3. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
  • Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Connect only brokerage accounts that you own or are authorised to access.

4. Trial and Subscription

  • New accounts receive one free trial of 14 days. Signing in again doesn’t restart it.
  • The trial includes all features. After it ends, continued access requires a subscription: Tier 1 (Trading Journal) at USD $10 per month or Tier 2 (Workspace) at USD $15 per month, or the price shown at checkout. Tier 1 does not include Workspace features.
  • We won’t charge you without your confirmation at checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid month. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires.
  • We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice before a price change applies to you.

5. Third-Party Data

QuantOS depends on data from Charles Schwab and other sources. That data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and access may stop if a provider changes its service. Your use of Schwab’s services is also governed by your agreement with Schwab. QuantOS is not affiliated with or endorsed by Charles Schwab & Co.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • share your account, or resell or redistribute QuantOS or its data;
  • copy, reverse engineer or scrape the service;
  • interfere with QuantOS’s security or other users’ access;
  • use QuantOS for anything unlawful, including market manipulation.

7. Your Content and Our Software

Your trading data and journal entries remain yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide QuantOS to you. The QuantOS software, design and methodology belong to Yathis Corp.

8. Disclaimers

QuantOS is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data. We don’t guarantee that QuantOS will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Yathis Corp is not liable for trading losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of QuantOS. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending Your Use

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account closes, we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

If we make a material change, we’ll update the date above and notify signed-in users before it takes effect. Continuing to use QuantOS after that means you accept the new terms.
